Please print this invoice, approve it, and then submit it to your Purchasing Department for payment. Please make any US$ cheques/checks payable to "Kagi Shareware". US$ checks drawn on US banks have no bank processing fee. US$ cheques drawn on foreign banks (ie, a bank draft) have no bank processing fee but there is a delay of several weeks when deposited. Checks drawn in a currency other than US$ can cost $20 to process, please only send cheques in US$. The Kagi Shareware processing fee is 4.0%.
